Continued Obfuscation
It’s now Sunday morning, July 24, and, amazingly, the Media continues to avoid even MENTIONING the Munich killer’s Islamic battle cry of “Allahu Akbar”. Nor do many sources report on the CHILDREN killed in the massacre. Many references, including the those of the BBC, to the Munich killer’s name, Ali David Sonboly, LEAVE OFF the clearly Arabic “Ali”, preferring to use just “David Sonboly,” or even. “David S.”, which could easily be interpreted as non Arabic. We are told by the German authorities, including Munich police chief Hubertus Andrae, that Sonboly was inspired by right wing ideology, but no right wing materials were found at this home. We are told that he was “anti-immigrant” though he was first generation of an immigrant family and did NOT seek out immigrants during the attack. We were told that this attack was “a garden variety” SHOOTING RAMPAGE rather than an Islamist terror attack. The German authorities further portrayed the attack as the impulsive actions of a sick individual, but there is evidence that it was planned for nearly a year. Although Sonboly did posses a book titled “Why Kids Kill”, no evidence has been found, or at least presented, that excludes jihad as the raison d’etre. In short, the German authorities, with the help of a naive and uncritical media, continue to obfuscate and deceive. This strategy is not new, however. Recall, if you will, the shocking German police and government cover-up following the mass New Year’s Eve sexual assaults in Cologne, Germany. The credibility of the German authorities has sunk so low that NOTHING they report should be accepted without scrutiny. It is apparent that German authorities are heavily invested (either from a liberal minded desire to march in lock step with their leaders, or from a very practical need not to jeopardize their own jobs) in their country’s ill considered and foolish immigration policies. And, the sad fact is, the longer Germany and the world turns a blind eye to the threats facing them, the more numerous and dangerous those threats will become.
