They were SO sure! They were completely convinced! They were so positive that Democrats would carry the day in 2017’s special elections, that they just couldn’t CONTAIN themselves! They just couldn’t SHUT UP! They INSISTED that these contests would be a watershed. They INSISTED that the special elections be viewed as REFERENDUMS on the young Trump Presidency. They just KNEW
Yesterday, in London, a British citizen, Darren Osborne, using a favorite jihadi MO, rammed a truck into a crowd of Muslim worshippers as they exited a mosque that had numerous connections to terrorism (the “shoe bomber” Richard Reid as well as 9/11 terrorist Zacarias Moussaoui are among the former alumni). This type of “reverse terrorism” by Osborne is absolutely reprehensible,
Oblivious To Danger There are many questions swirling around the sad sad case of Otto Warmbier, the young American student that was “convicted” of theft while touring North Korea in 2016 and was sentenced to FIFTEEN YEARS hard labor. His sentence was reduced only by virtue of him having sustained some sort of dreadful neurological injury. Why is he in
Nancy Pelosi is upset. Very upset. As are many of the LLPD (leftist liberal progressive Democrats). They are upset because some commentators have claimed that the bloody Hodgkinson rampage yesterday in Alexandria, Virginia had SOMETHING to do with politics! They want every one to “depoliticize” the event. ” DEPOLITICIZE?” “DEPOLITICIZE???” These are they people who have, for the past five
Yesterday’s shooting rampage by James Hodgkinson in Alexandria, Virginia, is a watershed event. His rampage was just short of murderous due to both the heroic actions of Capitol Police Officers David Bailey and Crystal Griner and the lucky fact the Hodgkinson was, apparently, a poor shot. A massacre of breathtaking proportions was in the offing. This event must NOT be
Now that James Comey has admitted, in sworn testimony, the HE leaked classified materials (and, as a consequence, is in legal jeopardy) he is now garnering a modicum of…sympathy. The sympathetic narrative goes as follows: Circumstances placed the unfortunate James Comey in a political predicament of the highest order, namely, having to investigate his own boss. Under these trying circumstances,
Well, NOW we know! NOW we know why James Comey and the FBI were so sluggish about investigating leaks of classified information. Turns out, it was HIM!!! Yes, Mr. Comey admitted today, in SWORN testimony to the Senate Investigatory Committee, that HE leaked his OWN memos, at least one of which was classified, to a friend, and then authorized that
It’s disheartening to say, but if one watches and listens critically, it becomes apparent that much of the news being reported to the American people by contemporary major media is either misleading or just plain false. The deceptions come at us nearly every day. First, an example from yesterday of MISLEADING reporting. WCBS Radio and CNN television both ran features
Shaking The Hornet’s Nests Say what you will regarding President Trump, he does have a knack for stirring up hornets. Here are a few recent examples: First, consider Mr. Sadiq Kahn. Mr. Kahn, the Mayor of London, is offended. Indignant, in fact. Mr. Kahn is offended by Mr. Trump’s travel ban. He’s become even more inflamed by Mr. Trump’s critique
Another strategy in Western Civilization’s capitulation is the promulgation of false narratives. One of the most egregious examples of a false narrative is that the idea that the REASON that Muslims kill people is that they are “being treated unfairly and not shown respect.” This meme is patently false when judged by any rational standard. Not only are they NOT
