“Perfidy – Everywhere perfidy!”

The Oxford English Dictionary defines “perfidy” as deceitfulness, often in the context of disloyalty and treachery. And, although Derwent’s exasperated lament was written in 1884, it appears no less true even to this day.

What ELSE to call it when:

•”ANTIFA” fascists, purveyors of violence, riots, threats and intimidation (all standard operating procedure of fascists through history), claim, without a trace of irony, to be ANTI fascists.

•Democrats railing against a 5 hour riot on January 6, but are sanguine or even condoning of the 5 month violent, destructive, and lethal riot in the “summer of George Floyd.”

•Hundreds of billionaires flying their fuel spewing private jets into Davos, Switzerland, for the World Economic Forum, in order to talk about… reducing carbon emissions.

•The Democrat party claiming to represent the “working man” when all of their policies benefit only the “unionized working man” and the unemployed, while hurting the rest.

•Democrats claiming to promote election integrity while eliminating scrutiny of voter IDs, encouraging ballot harvesting, promoting voting by mail, and keeping poll watchers away from where the ballots are counted, all of which allow fraud thereby diluting the power of authentic voters.

•Democrats and “progressives” claiming that it’s somehow RACIST to require proof of identity in order to vote, when proof of identity is necessary to buy a bottle of beer or a pack of cigarettes.

•Democrats that loudly proclaim that “no one is above the law” while shielding Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton, both of whom committed felonies, and James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strock, James Clapper and John Brennan, all of whom ADMITTED, and, in some cases BOASTED about committing acts that are felonious.

•Democrats claiming to provide “equal justice under the law” despite General Michael Flynn being entrapped by the FBI over supposed violations of the Logan act (which prohibits private citizens from negotiating with foreign governments) while ignoring John Kerry WHO WAS DOING JUST THAT with Iran.

•Democrats claiming to provide “equal justice under the law” while Minneapolis ex-cop Muslim Mohammed Nour served less than five years for shooting an unarmed and innocent woman, Justine Ruszczyk, IN HER PAJAMAS, whereas Officer Derek Chauvin was sentenced to 22 years for the unintentional death of drug overdosed multiple violent felon George Floyd.

•Democrats claiming that “no one is above the law” but then create sanctuary cities where illegal migrants roam free to rob, attack and murder innocent Americans (Honduran illegal immigrant Yery Ulloa killing Francisco Cuellar, Haitian illegal immigrant Macean killing Terry and Brenda Aultman, Mexican illegal immigrant Jorge Omar Alcantara-Gonzalez killing Ian Eckles, Latino illegal immigrant MS-13 gang member Jonathan Hernandez killing Michael Johnson and Oscar Acosta, illegal immigrant and Trinitarios gang members hacking to death innocent 15 year old Junior Guzman-Felize, illegal Salvadoran MS-13 gang members who hacked to death two TEENAGE GIRLS, Nisa Mickens and Kayla Cuevas, and MANY MANY more).

•Democrats claiming that they want to protect citizens, but Democrat judge Kenneth Holder (source: citylimits.org) allows murder “suspect” Glenn Hirsch to be released on very low bail. (Hirsch had murdered Chinese food delivery man, Zhiwen Yan, for SHORTING HIM ON DUCK SAUCE).

•The media claiming objectivity, but invariably blames EVERYTHING that goes wrong in Gaza, not on the Palestinians, not on Hamas, not on Abbas, but on… Israel! For example: Is there crushing poverty in Gaza? Blame Israel. Is there rampant corruption and mismanagement in Gaza? Blame Israel.. Is there massive unemployment? Blame Israel. Etc.

•Leftist claiming that Trump is a fascist, despite the fact that he never limited free speech, never had opponents arrested, never targeted adversaries, and never engaged in illegal surveillance, all of which are part and parcel of true fascism.

•Democrats and leftists failing to criticize the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), despite the fact that China now incarcerates over 1,000,000 political prisoners, continues the shocking genocide of the Muslim Wyghurs, murders political prisoners for their transplantable organs, obfuscates evidence of the origin of COVID-19, as well as other heinous crimes.

•Ex CIA Chief John Brennan claiming that President Trump was a Russian “asset” despite having previously testified, to a Congressional subcommittee, UNDER OATH, that he had no evidence to support that accusation.

•Democrats blaming skyrocketing inflation on COVID and/or Russia, while neglecting to mention the massive over spending enacted by the Biden administration that dilutes the real value of our currency, making inflation inevitable.

•Liberals and “progressives” claiming to be sympathetic to the middle class while enacting policies that massively increase the cost of gas, feed inflation and then raise already sky high taxes, all of which hit the middle class very hard.

•Democrats claiming to care about the safety of the urban middle class as well as the safety of the poor, while defunding the police and enacting laws that mandate the release of criminals just as soon as their paperwork is complete (many of whom subsequently NEVER SHOW UP for their mandated court appearance). Although they claim this “loophole” doesn’t apply to violent offenders, current arrest and rearrest records show that is simply not true.

•High ranking Democrat politicians claiming that citizens don’t need the protection they could achieve by owning firearms, but, almost without exception, have security details for themselves who ARE MOST DEFINITELY ARMED.

•Democrats claiming that they are pro education, but routinely oppose education vouchers and other measures that support excellent private education.

•Liberals and “progressives,” especially on campus, claiming to value free speech, but ban speakers they disagree with from campus, and also advocate severe censorship on Twitter, Facebook and other social media.

And, even with this extensive laundry list, ladies and gentlemen, I COULD GO ON! I’ll stop here, however, due to nausea. As John Leith Derwent lamented: “Perfidy – EVERYWHERE perfidy!”
