One of the many inane points made in Theresa May’s idiotic speech last week, was her emphasizing that the perpetrator of the Manchester attack was “born and bred in the U.K.” Well, all RIGHT then, Ms. May! That makes it ok, doesn’t it? We wouldn’t want to disparage our sacrosanct immigration policies, would we?
Well, Ms. May, although the Manchester bomber, Salman Abedi, was, in fact, born in the U.K., isn’t it true that he was a child of a mother and father who were BOTH immigrants from Libya?
AND, isn’t it true that a significant number of the terrorist perpetrators in the UK, EU and US are children of immigrant Muslims, such as Omar Mateen, the Orlando shooter and Ahmad Kahn Rahami, the New York City and Seaside Heights, New Jersey bomber, and others.
AND, even if a terrorist IS born and bred in a Western nation, are his actions any less horrific than they would be if they were carried out by a foreigner by birth?
It should be obvious that the fact that a terrorist is a Western National by birth, is no solace to the the victims and their families. Whether or not the perpetrator is of foreign birth or whether he or she is a first generation or even a second generation “home grown” progeny of prior immigrants, the results of their grizzly actions are no less horrific.
So, Ms. May, please do not try to muddle the very important issue of the unwise continued acceptance of Muslim immigration. The wellspring of Islamic terror is permeating through Western Civilization, and, indeed, the entire WORLD, as we speak. It’s time to acknowledge that Muslim immigration into Western Societies is fraught with danger, both in the short run and in the long run. It’s time that our societies wake up to this frightening reality, and act accordingly.
