Bring him home! “Maryland father illegally deported” wails the Democrats, MSNBC, CNN and ALL of left wing media. But let’s take a closer look at the individual that the Democrats would have you believe is “a caring father,” “loving husband” and upstanding, hardworking “pillar of the community.”
His name is Kilmar Abrego Garcia and he’s been living in our country since 2011. Born in El Salvador, and being a Salvadorian national, he entered our country illegally and has been an illegal alien for fourteen years.
He was arrested in 2019 in the company of two other men known to belong to MS 13, a savage gang of foreign thugs (infamous for hacking two teenage girls to death with machetes on Long Island in 2017). After Abrego Garcia’s arrest, he was found, in court, by, not one, but TWO separate immigration judges to be a member of MS-13 and, as such, would need to be deported. He was not, however, actually deported, because US law prohibits transfer of an alien to another country, if such transfer endangers their life. (He claimed rival gangs in El Salvador would kill him if he was returned to his home country). Whether or not his claims were true, he was issued a “withhold of removal” order. While such a ruling does protect him from deportation, it is NOT asylum (which can NOT be granted to criminals), and, it does not exonerate him nor does it allow him a path to citizenship.
In 2019 Abrego Garcia impregnated his girlfriend Jennifer Vazquez Sura. He only agreed to marry her on the advice of his lawyer in order to strengthen an application for asylum. Although living with her and three children (2 from her previous marriage), he is not (nor will ever be) a citizen the United States.
In 2021 “cracks” in the Abrego Garcia “happy marriage” surfaced. At that time, Ms. Sura filed for (and was issued) a RESTRAINING ORDER against Abrego Garcia, alleging that he beat her, punched her in the face, ripped her clothes off and that she was afraid to be near him. Although she now tearfully says “how much she misses him,” a restraining order is given only in cases of violence or the threat of violence or abduction. It is NOT issued without cause.
In 2022, Abrego Garcia was pulled over by the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) on suspicion of human trafficking. At that time he was transporting seven passengers. He had no driver’s license. One of his seven passengers was found to be on a terrorist watch list! Because Abrego Garcia was not on a deportation list (the “withholding of removal” order got him off that list), the officers called the FBI asking for guidance. After checking with the Biden Administration, the FBI requested THP release all eight individuals and the THP officers complied with this request.
Now, how do we know Abrego Garcia is in fact a member of MS-13? Well, for starts, two separate immigrations courts looked at the evidence and concluded that he WAS indeed a gang member. Here is a copy of the court document:

So, contrary to what the leftist media constantly says, Abrego Garcia HAS HAD his due process.
And, as noted, he was apprehended in the company of two known ranking gang members. And, authorities in El Salvador looked into the matter and reached the same conclusion. And, last, here’s an interesting tidbit: MS-13 Member’s are fond of wearing Chicago Bulls paraphernalia (No lie! Look it up via Google Artificial Intelligence!) indicating that they are members “IN GOOD STANDING!” Abrego Garcia is seen in MANY photos proudly wearing a Chicago Bulls hat!
And, by the way, the term “administrative error” that’s been referenced about a hundred thousand times by the media, means only that he should have been sent to a different country rather than El Salvador, NOT that he shouldn’t have been deported. And, of course, this point is no longer even relevant since he is not on the streets of El Salvador, but rather in the protective custody of the police.
So, how invested is the leftist media in bringing Abrego Garcia BACK TO THE US?… VERY INVESTED, apparently. The New York Times and all legacy media have been running non stop articles trying to make the deportation of this criminal a cause célèbre.
And how invested are the Democrats? Again VERY INVESTED. ALL of the Democrats have been fulminating with “righteous indignation,” and claiming, ludicrously, that next the government will be “coming” for “you and me!” Recently Democrat Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) flew down to El Salvador in a publicity seeking (but futile) effort to remove Abrego Garcia from HIS HOME COUNTRY! (And, attempting to negotiate with a foreign government outside of the auspices of the State Department is a violation of the Logan Act, a felony).
So, now, ladies and gentlemen, we see the Democrats pinning their hopes and aspirations on a foreign illegal alien gang member, human trafficker, and wife beater. THIS is their POSTER BOY?
How CLUELESS can they be? This would be funny if it weren’t so dangerous. But, apparently they have NOTHING else to run on that the American people can countenance. NOTHING. Sad.
