George Floyd’s Death Revisited
An article has just come to my attention that, in my opinion, has been LONG overdue (thanks SW). The article has a title that, for many people, may be surprising or even shocking: Chauvin Did Not Murder George Floyd (And The Prosecutors Knew It). It was published yesterday (October 22, 2023) in the American Spectator and was written by journalist Jack Cashill.
The article focuses on documents regarding the George Floyd case that have surfaced in connection with, of all things, a sexual harassment suit brought by former Hennepin County prosecutor Amy Sweasy against her boss, former County Attorney Mike Freeman. The details regarding the harassment allegations don’t concern us here, but, Ms. Sweasy revealed in her deposition UNDER OATH, that she had spoken with Hennepin County Medical Examiner Dr. Andrew Baker the day after Floyd’s death. “I called Dr. Baker early that morning to tell him about the case and to ask him if he would perform the autopsy on Mr. Floyd. He called me later in the day on Tuesday and he told me that there were no medical findings that showed any injury to the vital structures of Mr. Floyd’s neck. There were no medical indications of asphyxia or strangulation.” She further testified that by day two, “Baker knew the risks involved in telling the truth.” She continued, “He said to me, ‘Amy, what happens when the actual evidence doesn’t match up with the public narrative that everyone’s already decided on?’ And then he said, ‘This is the kind of case that ends careers.”
In addition to Ms. Sweasy’s testimony, the article also looks at a court exhibit that was admitted into evidence in the trial of Tou Thao, a codefendant of Chauvin’s that was tried separately. The exhibit was a memorandum that detailed Dr. Robert Mitchell’s effort to coerce Baker into including neck compression in his diagnosis of Floyd’s death. As noted above, Baker conducted an autopsy on Floyd on May 26, 2020, the day after Floyd’s death. Baker reported that same day to the Hennepin County prosecutors, “The autopsy revealed no physical evidence suggesting that Mr. Floyd died of asphyxiation. Mr. Floyd did not exhibit signs of petechiae, damage to his airways or thyroid, brain bleeding, bone injuries, or internal bruising. The document then memorialized a November 2020 conference call between Dr. Roger Mitchell, former Washington D.C. chief medical examiner (who boasted of his involvement in Baker’s diagnosis to the attorneys present) and Dr. Baker: “In this conversation,” the memorandum continued, “Mitchell said, you don’t want to be the medical examiner who tells everyone they didn’t see what they saw. You don’t want to be the smartest person in the room and be wrong.” According to the memorandum, “[Mitchell] said there was a way to articulate the cause and manner of death that ensures you are telling the truth about what you are observing on the body and via all of the investigation. Mitchell said neck compression has to be in the diagnosis.” Late on that same Monday, Baker’s office sent out a press release that began, “Cause of death: Cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, AND COMPRESSION OF THE NECK.” (Emphasis added). With a stroke of the pen and the complicity of the prosecutors, Baker turned four innocent cops into murderers and justified the self-destructive social revolution that followed.
So, as indicated in the title, officer Derek Chauvin did NOT murder George Floyd. What, then, was the cause of death? Two main theories exist, the first was that he died from a heart attack (he was found at autopsy to have SEVERE triple vessel coronary artery disease) or a drug overdose (pictures of Floyd exiting his vehicle show white powder on his lips, consistent with ingesting a BAG of fentanyl to hide evidence, and a blood fentanyl level of 11 nanograms per ml, NEARLY FOUR TIMES WHAT CAN BE LETHAL LEVELS. And remember, Floyd started complaining that he couldn’t breath BEFORE he was on the ground and remember also that a common side effect of fentanyl is CHEST WALL RIGIDITY that makes people feel that THEY CAN’T BREATHE).
Readers may recall that many of the points now coming to light were pointed out by ME in two separate essay posted in emperorsnuclothes.com. The first essay was on June 3, 2020, titled “It Was NOT Murder.” The second was posted on September 18, 2020, titled “Sometimes Things Are Not What They Seem.” These essays can still be accessed via: emperorsnuclothes.com

It is my hope that these new revelations will lead to a retrial for Officer Chauvin. Neither Mr. Floyd’s race, nor the threatening riots and demonstrations, nor threats by politically motivated prosecutors on Dr. Baker, should have any influence on Officer Chauvin’s verdict. We must, no matter WHAT the cost, insist that justice BE SERVED. Not just for Mr. Floyd, but for Officer Chauvin as well.
Will this wake up the people ??
