Trump Agenda Update
Recently a friend of mine emailed me to ask for an update on America’s political scene as he had been traveling in Europe for a couple of weeks (thanks MEO). I replied with the following brief synopsis. All of the material mentioned below is available online, but I print it here because many of the developments are either not mentioned by our major media, or, if mentioned, are glossed over, or presented in a stilted fashion.
Robert Mueller and the various congressional investigators have, after nearly a year of work with unlimited budgets and resources, come up with NOTHING on Trump. They are, however, finding serious criminality by Hillary and the DNC via Fusion GPS, and by Hillary via Uranium One. It has been reported, by the Washington Post no less, that Fusion GPS (who created the fake “Trump Dossier” in collaboration with Christopher Steele, head of Orbis Business Research and a former agent with MI6 British Intelligence) was paid BY the Democratic National Committee and the Clinton Campaign. Amazingly, it has also been reported that some of the work on the fake dossier was PAID BY THE FBI. This fake “dossier” was then used by the FBI to obtain Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants and surveil Mr. Trump and the Trump campaign.
The Department of Justice is investigating both James Comey and the FBI for their role in producing the fake dossier AND for their mishandling of the Clinton private server probe.
Additional damaging material has also come to light concerning the real Russia collusion story: payments of MILLIONS OF DOLLARS funneled into the Clinton Foundation as a bribe to procure 20% of America’s uranium enrichment for the Russian company Uranium One. Congressman Trey Gowdy (a Republican representing South Carolina) has launched a formal investigation.
A poll from Vox/Morning Consult shows that a full 46% of Americans believe that America’s major media MAKES UP STORIES ABOUT TRUMP. The populace is FINALLY catching on.
Very importantly, on Oct 10th, the Supreme Court tossed out a suit from the State of Maryland ACLU that attempted to block Trump’s travel ban, thereby reaffirming the constitutionality of the ban.
Trump RINO (Republican In Name Only) opponents (Flake, Corker and others) are finding themselves unelectable in their 2018 re-election races (based on their own polling) and are dropping out of contention one by one, pretending that their stepping down is some kind of protest.
Army deserter Bo Bergdhal has been found guilty of desertion (although major media has deceptively reported this as “leaving his post”, which they, apparently, feel SOUNDS better than desertion!). Sentencing hearings are underway. He faces life in prison
In response to all of this, the Democrats and major media have been desperately trying to divert attention with the “insensitive phone call” narrative, Flake and Corker’s self-serving criticisms and the like. They haven’t, however, been effective.
All in all, not a bad few weeks.
